Operating out of Rio de Janeiro, Copa Studio is one of Latin America’s most well-regarded animation studios, with two consecutive International Emmy Kids nominations and over a hundred hours of content produced over 15 years, including eight original animated series on air around the world. Such as Jorel’s Brother (Cartoon Network), Ico Bit Zip (National Geographic Kids), Mini Mini (Discovery Kids), Haunted Tales for Wicked Kids (Cartoon Network) and Trunk Train, a series distributed internationally in more than 25 territories, which premiered a feature film in theaters in September 2022. Copa Studio also offers internationally-acclaimed digital 2D animation services, boasting clients such as Cartoon Network, Fox, Discovery Kids, Globo, Hasbro, and Netflix. Since 2012, the company has also been responsible for the “Estúdio Escola de Animação” project, which offers free animation courses in Rio de Janeiro and has trained more than 250 students.
